We are looking for a Contracts and Compliance Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team.

What will your day look like

  • Leverage Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to identify and ensure operational compliance with applicable legal, contractual, privacy and regulatory requirements on a global scale
  • Lead the corporate and information security risk management process, including identification, evaluation, and treatment
  • Lead efforts to meet ISO 27001 standards
  • Leverage contracts expertise to act a subject matter expert for the creation, management and improvement of internal legal agreements, policies, and related templates
  • Support completion of security and privacy questionnaires and information responses to customers and prospects with privacy consultant
  • Drafts and maintains contracts related to privacy and data protection between company and our clients, staff, subcontractors, and other parties

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent work experience), a legal/contract related degree or certificate is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Incident Management and Response
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team oriented with an ability to work well with stakeholders from other functional departments
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Thrives in fast-paced working environment
  • Exceptional time management skills
