What you will do

As the Digital Adoption Specialist, you will support client learning and development through the effective adoption of technology solutions. You will support clients and internal staff through the coordination of onboarding initiatives, development and maintenance of learning resources, and training delivery. You are an essential member of the Re-Solved Services team that will help to drive the implementation of digital services for our clients through the identification of organizational needs and priorities. Our goal is to provide comprehensive solutions to transform our client’s digital experience. Through strong project management and customer relationship experience, you are passionate about delivering quality results through exceptional customer experience.


  • Execute multiple implementation projects simultaneously and provide ongoing value-add services for our customers through close partnership with the account management and services teams.
  • Drive the onboarding efforts of new and existing customers through a strong understanding of business goals.
  • Support the coordination of internal learning and development plans and tracking of learning outcomes.
  • Partner with client and internal teams to address needs with tailored training plans to help stakeholders achieve their goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans in consideration of scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Create comprehensive weekly status reports as well as plan and develop communication activities for the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and address implementation risks as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Maintain an understanding and awareness of the customer’s strategy, business objectives and challenges to position yourself and Re-Solved as an expert and trusted advisor.

What you bring

Education and Experiences:

  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in the SmartSimple platform preferred.
  • Experience with WalkMe
  • Additional experience Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow and Work Day for specific SaaS platforms
  • An understanding of HTML, jquery, and css is an asset
  • Strong client relationship building skills including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise, and persuasiveness.
  • Capability as a learning designer – creating and developing training materials in various mediums (written, video, microlearning)
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify an issue and ask for help when required.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to effectively respond to client requests and strong presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasking working style, managing multiple projects at once while constantly reviewing/updating priorities and paying strict attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful and proactive attitude.
